Positive: The tram station was very close so being far from downtown wasn’t a big issue. There were shops and restaurants nearby and the apartment itself was very comfortable and functional. It had everything we needed and more. We also Loved the view from the living room and the hosts were very responsive. We visited in April, and it wasn’t warm enough to swim, but I have to make note that we never even saw the swimming pool that is shown on the Booking photos of the apartment. This is a proper apartment in a large residential building and not a property by the beach as it appeared to me at least, from the photos.
Negative: The highway noise is pretty annoying. I could tolerate it for about 2 hours with windows open but then we had to close the windows, which would block the noise pretty well. It wasn’t too big of an issue though since we were there to visit the city and not stay all day in the apartment 😁

Positive: The apartment matches the description with two clean bathrooms and a nice sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very good and helpful contact before arrival. We received all the information we needed upon arrival. You can reach the apartment by metro L4 (El Maresme forum station) and then by tram T4 (Campus Diagonal-Besos station). Next to the apartment is market. Truly recommendable.
Negative: There should be more hangers in the wardrobes. There was also no place to hang jackets at the entrance. The pans probably need to be replaced. There are small things, but can be improve.

Positive: Fabulous location with easy access to tram, metro supermarket, beach, cafes etc. Area was very clean and quiet, and locals helpful and friendly. Apartment was perfect - exceptionally clean and comfortable (and smelt lovely!). The highway didn't bother us at all (we had lovely weather so had the doors open and closed) - those who complained in previous reviews have obviously never stayed in central London! The apartment was well stocked and the welcome goodies were much appreciated. Excellent communication with Dino before arrival, and very helpful. Would definitely return and have already recommended to others!
Negative: Our only niggle (and this is through personal choice) is that we would have liked extra pillows. After a long day walking, we slept well and had no complaints, but an extra pillow would have been more comfy.
